Houston EB5 formed the Regional Center to give investors around the world the opportunity to invest in ground breaking real estate projects in Houston, Texas through the EB-5 visa program. The EB-5 program, administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), provides foreign nationals with the opportunity to receive permanent residency in the United States (a green card) in return for making a qualified investment in a job-creating U.S. enterprise.
