Netflix has set a December 8, 2020 release date for the documentary 'Amarelo - It’s All for Yesterday.'

The film centers on rapper Emicida, capturing his landmark 2019 performance at São Paulo’s Theatro Municipal.

Directed by Fred Ouro Preto, it weaves together animation, interviews, and backstage footage.

This narrative serves as a powerful exploration of the 'Estúdio Amarelo' project and a century of Brazilian Black culture.

It connects pivotal moments: the 1922 Modern Art Week, the 1978 founding of the Unified Black Movement (MNU), and Emicida's 2019 concert.
